Emma Chamberlain OBE is a partner at Joseph Hage Aaronson LLP specialising in taxation and trust advice for private clients and charities. Her practice focuses on inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning for high-net worth worth individuals, particularly non-domiciled individuals, on matters such as estate planning and trust reorganisation. Emma deals frequently with personal tax issues on divorce.
She is known for her excellent drafting skills and exceptional capability at sorting out complex private client tax matters.
