PROFILE

Anna joined JHA in 2015 as an Associate, having previously worked as in-house counsel at a major Russian oil company. She is a Russian qualified lawyer with fifteen years’ experience in international dispute resolution. Her practice focuses on international arbitration, international investment arbitration, and cross-border dispute resolution.

She advises and represents clients, including states, in international arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, SCC and Swiss Rules, concerning issues such as breach of joint venture and engagement agreements and contractual disputes. She has experience of representing Russian companies and high-net-worth individuals in disputes in other jurisdictions, notably in the US, UK and Sweden. She is also familiar with sectors including oil and gas, mining and metals, manufacturing, financial services and real estate.
