PROFILE

Jasmine joined JHA in 2021 as an Associate, having qualified as a barrister in 2015. She specialises in high-value and complex commercial and financial litigation and investigations.

Jasmine has represented banks and other financial institutions in high-value (often multijurisdictional) litigation, regulatory investigations, and enforcement actions. She also acted as in-house counsel on the Independent Third Party review into the RBS Global Restructuring Group. A significant part of Jasmine’s practice involves contentious restructuring and insolvency matters, including the inquiries into BHS. Jasmine’s work brings her into contact with a variety of regulators, particularly the FCA, the Insolvency Service, the Pensions Regulator, and the EU Ombudsman. Jasmine has experience of large group actions, particularly with an environmental angle, including the Volkswagen diesel emissions claims and the OCENSA Colombian pipeline litigation, and of advising football clubs in relation to a range of sports law issues.

Prior to joining JHA, Jasmine worked in the London office of a large international law firm and as in-house counsel on a banking review.
