PROFILE

Antonia joined JHA as Partner in October 2022, having spent over 20 years at Sotheby’s where she worked as European General Counsel based in London with responsibility for Europe and Asia.  Before joining Sotheby’s, Antonia worked in private practice both in the UK and Spain.  More recently, Antonia has been advising art dealers and high net-worth collectors on a variety of art market related issues.  Her experience covers high value and multi-jurisdictional private treaty sales, auction related transactions and financial arrangements, IP, export and import of works of art and general commercial and agency law advice.   Antonia is bilingual English and Spanish and speaks fluent German and Italian.
