Charlotte joined JHA as an Associate in 2023. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation and international arbitration, with experience encompassing general commercial disputes, freezing orders, and regulatory issues.  She is proficient in handling high-value, complex disputes, and assisting clients in managing various legal needs.

Prior to joining JHA, Charlotte worked as a Junior Barrister at Britomart Chambers in New Zealand, representing clients in civil and criminal matters across New Zealand’s courts and in mediation.  Charlotte has extensive experience in the realm of investigations and public inquiries, and has experience in criminal and regulatory matters.  Charlotte began her legal career as a solicitor specialising in tax, corporate and charities law, where she also engaged in pro bono work for charitable organisations. 


Admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2017.

Admitted in the High Court of Samoa in 2020.
