PROFILE

Daniel joined JHA in 2014 and is a Partner at the firm. He is a Commercial Litigator whose practice focuses on financial institutions, civil fraud and high value international disputes.

Daniel acts for a wide range of companies, including those in the financial services and energy sectors, as well as high-net-worth individuals. He has considerable experience of both High Court litigation and arbitration, usually with an international element.
