PROFILE

Joe has more than thirty years’ experience specialising in complex commercial disputes, including multi-jurisdictional litigation and international arbitration.

He spent 10 years practising commercial law at the English bar in one of the leading commercial chambers. Prior to becoming a barrister, Joe qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse. After his career at the bar he became a specialist litigation advisor to businesses, and very senior businessmen and politicians in the most critical disputes that they face. In doing so he has overseen and advised in some of the most complex, high-stakes litigation in the world, and has been involved in legal proceedings in more than 30 jurisdictions worldwide.

He is often used by clients for his strategic oversight, ability to manage and resolve complex legal and political situations and settlement negotiation.
