PROFILE

John joined JHA as an Associate in 2015. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and international arbitration proceedings governed by multiple major institutional rules, particularly the ICC and ICSID. He has particular expertise in cross-border cases with complex private international law issues.

John specialises in disputes regarding energy, banking and finance, civil fraud and misrepresentation, sale of goods and shareholders. He has also been extensively involved in proceedings seeking the annulment of EU sanctions, as well as advising on various confidential matters of public international law.

John has been an Assistant Editor of the Journal of World Investment and Trade since 2014.
