PROFILE

COO Lucie has supported in building JHA since it was first an idea back in 2012. Bringing almost two decades of experience in project and people management, she works with the JHA partnership to support its commercial aims and continued growth and success. Lucie has been responsible for setting up the JHA offices, hiring staff, and managing operations to support our professional staff in delivering to clients.

Lucie has a background in Politics and Modern History and has worked for BT Global services providing global security, cloud and networking services to multinational companies worldwide. She has also worked in project and research positions for Marks and Spencer and across various arts-based programmes.
